We are looking for both a lead and junior technicians.

As a Junior Technician, you desire to emulate our values and leadership while looking out for the bigger vision and sharing feedback so we can all thrive. Responsibilities and Duties:

 

• Completing window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning on homes and businesses

• Putting up tailored Christmas Lights on residential homes and businesses

• Organizing and care of equipment to ensure longevity

• Great communication skills with clients to provide exceptional customer service

• Strive for customer satisfaction and raving reviews on every job site

• Use of our CRM for dispatching, work orders and completing payments as needed

• Create a great working environment for your fellow team members, including giving feedback and participating in team meetings

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

• Friendly personality with a positive outlook on life

• 2+ years of experience in labor jobs and/or a verifiable strong work ethic

• Excellent time management – showing up to job sites, and completing jobs on a timely basis

• General technical skills and mentality, love learning and working with your hands 

• Experience with Window Cleaning and / or Pressure Washing is strongly desired but not required

• Ability to work with ladders, and comfortable with heights is a must with safety as a priority

• Able to do physical work including bending, lifting heavy items, and handling tools

• Driver's license and acceptable driving history. You will be required to drive to job sites.

All the above responsibilities and in addition includes:

 

• Planning and managing the job site to meet performance, safety and compliance standards

• Creating, documenting and auditing SOP’s as requested

• Tracking, monitoring and reporting on key performance measurements

• Create a great working environment for your all team members, including giving regular open feedback and participating and facilitating regular team meetings and daily huddles

All Qualifications and Skills above and in addition includes:

​

• Must have a proven track record of leading others and the ability to motivate team members and minimum 2 years overseeing a team

• Excellent time management skills with experience organizing jobs/projects, improving team performance and ability to complete tasks on a accurate and timely basis

• Good communication skills – written, listening and giving feedback

• Willingness to be coached into advance leadership role and responsibilities

The Compensation:

Junior Technicians starting at $20.00/hr and will be dependent on experience. Eligible for tips provided by the customer.

Lead Technicians up to $25.00/hr to start and advancement into lead territory role is dependent on your results during our upcoming season. Plus, we offer enrollment in an equity growth/retirement plan.

 

Both positions are eligible for a seasonal bonus of $500! And upon permanent offer you'll be enrolled into our performance incentive program and benefit package. While we do not offer standard health coverage, we do provide a work/life health and well-being benefit package that allows you to customize a plan that works for you. 

 

These are Semi-Full-Time positions 32 hours, Monday-Friday, 9 am to 4 pm with 1/2hr lunch and some flexibility needed during our busy Christmas holiday season. Thereafter, your schedule will be determined based on your position and can be either part-time or full-time.
